Since 2012, Alina Araujo has been guiding buyers and sellers in the Greater Seattle area with expertise, integrity, and heart. A Pacific Northwest native of over 30 years, Alina grew up in Shoreline and has called Greenwood, Edmonds, and Bothell home throughout her adult life—giving her an insider's understanding of the neighborhoods and communities she serves. With a background in hospitality and lending, Alina blends her financial acumen with her natural ability to connect, ensuring every client feels valued and heard—not just another transaction.

On average, she sells 25 homes per year and closed nearly $20M in sales volume last year alone. Specializing in luxury homes, first-time buyers and sellers, and relocation clients—including physicians moving to or from Seattle—Alina is committed to helping her clients achieve profitable outcomes that secure their future. As a hands-on manager of three rental properties, both locally and in Arizona, she also brings firsthand investment property experience to her client relationships.

Fluent in Russian and Spanish, Alina is proud to serve Seattle's diverse communities. Her high-touch marketing includes luxury-level photography, top-tier video production, and a deep network that helps her clients' homes stand out in a competitive market. Outside of real estate, Alina is a devoted wife and mother of two, and shares her home with a beloved French Bulldog.
